With a heart full of sadness, I received the shocking news of the death of my Brother and Friend, the former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala.
I wish to convey my condolences to his immediate and extended family and the good people of Oyo State.
I pray that the Almighty God grant his family and us the courage and fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
